Steppingstone Inc

Steppingstone Incorporated is a behavioral health and homeless services provider serving the Fall River and New Bedford communities in Massachusetts since 1972. The organization offers residential rehabilitation, supportive housing, outpatient treatment, medication-assisted treatment, pregnancy and postpartum services, and peer recovery support. Steppingstone operates 88 MDPH-licensed residential substance use treatment beds, 100 HUD-funded permanent supportive housing units, two outpatient clinics, a 50-bed emergency homeless shelter, recovery house programs, and a peer recovery support center. In 2009, the agency expanded to provide integrated mental health and substance use treatment services following Mental Health licensure in 2008, with comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, medication management, and individual and group therapy available at clinics in both Fall River and New Bedford.
