R&R's approach, termed a "digital diet," is informed by data-driven statistics to guide clients in reducing their dependence on screen time and adopting healthier lifestyles. They provide confidential online assessments to help individuals identify the severity of their screen addiction. Clinical services include professional guidance counselors who offer clinical assessments and one-on-one counseling to support clients and their loved ones in reducing screen dependency. R&R has made a significant impact, reaching over 315,000 people with information about their treatments. The organization also actively engages in prevention and education, having delivered more than 115 national and international presentations on balanced living in a technology-driven world, alongside over 170 community presentations in schools, child-care centers, and organizations dedicated to children and families. R&R addresses various technology-related concerns, including tech addiction, screen addiction, problematic internet use, gaming disorders, and social media overuse.
