STEP2Residential Treatment in Reno, NV
Great to meet you
STEP2 is a Reno-based nonprofit treatment program founded in 1986 that specializes in substance use disorder treatment for adult women. The program offers a comprehensive, long-term therapeutic approach designed to help women break the cycle of addiction and violence in families. STEP2 serves all adult women struggling with substance use disorder, including women with children and pregnant women. The program provides residential treatment with 30 hours of therapeutic services per week, where women live in dormitory-style rooms on campus and engage in supervised social and creative activities. Upon completing residential treatment, women can transition to the Lighthouse Campus for transitional housing with their children in fully-furnished cottages. For women who have phased out of residential and transitional housing, STEP2 offers optional outpatient services providing ongoing therapy and support as women transition back into the community. Since 1986, STEP2 has served over 5,000 women.
