StartCare is an integrated health and social care organization dedicated to providing comprehensive and compassionate care with a specialty in mental health and addiction. The organization offers multiple programs for adults and young people with substance use and mental health disorders, including opioid treatment programs providing methadone or buprenorphine medication-assisted treatment, an intensive outpatient program for adults with polysubstance use and co-occurring mental health disorders, and Teen START providing mental health and psychiatric care to young people. Services are grounded in community and include counseling, psychiatric services, harm reduction, vocational support, specialty primary care, and community engagement. StartCare has been providing evidence-based healthcare and social services for 57 years.
