South Central Louisiana Human Services Authority (SCLHSA) was created by the Louisiana Legislature in 2006 to provide behavioral health and developmental disability services to individuals in Assumption, Lafourche, St. Charles, St. James, St. John, St. Mary and Terrebonne Parishes. The organization provides a comprehensive array of evidence-based treatment services to their communities regardless of ability to pay. Services are provided by a skilled and dedicated team committed to individualized care and helping clients achieve their personal goals. SCLHSA's mission is helping people and changing lives through education, prevention, intervention and treatment to enhance quality of life.
