St Joseph Safety and Health Council

St. Joseph Safety & Health Council is a safety education organization that provides programs focused on injury prevention and safe driving behaviors. Programs include Safety Town, which teaches young children essential safety skills such as crossing the street, fire safety, and stranger danger through interactive lessons. Safety Acres is a nationally awarded free program providing safety education and activities to prevent farm-related injuries with youth. The organization offers Teen and Adult Driver's Education programs with professional instruction and behind-the-wheel training. Additional programs include Private Driving Lessons for one-on-one personalized instruction, Permit Academy to help teens and adults prepare for the Missouri written permit test, Traffic Offender Program for court-approved education, SATOP programs including Assessments and Offender Education Program, and a Probation program designed to provide a structured and supportive environment.
