Southwest MT Community Health Center

Blacktail Health is a nonprofit community health center serving Southwestern Montana for over 39 years. The organization provides comprehensive primary medical, dental, pharmacy, behavioral health services and care management to nearly 13,000 patients annually, including those who are insured, underinsured, or uninsured. They operate multiple clinic locations in Butte, Dillon, and Anaconda, Montana, along with dental services and pharmacies. The center offers sliding fee scales for medical and dental services and is committed to providing accessible healthcare as a basic human right to all residents in the region.
