Great to meet you

Southwest Chemical Dependency Program (SWCDP) is a non-profit, state-approved treatment center in Livingston, Montana, serving Park, Madison, Meagher, and Beaverhead counties. The program provides outpatient treatment, intensive outpatient treatment, and residential recovery homes for chemical dependency and codependency, along with prevention and education services. SWCDP endorses a treatment philosophy of total abstinence from all mood-altering drugs and actively promotes the recovery principles of Alcoholics Anonymous, Al-Anon, and Narcotics Anonymous as primary treatment tools. The program complements these with individual counseling, group counseling, peer support, and case management. The organization views addiction as a symptom of a larger underlying illness and seeks to rehabilitate the whole person, helping clients regain control of their lives, reconcile with their past, and embrace the future in a safe and warm environment of mutual understanding.
