Southern Iowa Mental Health Center (SIMHC) is a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic located in Ottumwa, Iowa with outreach locations in Albia, Bloomfield, Centerville, Fairfield, Keosauqua, Oskaloosa, and Sigourney.
