Bridgemont Health & Wellness has served the community since 1971, providing comprehensive mental health and substance abuse evaluation and treatment services in South Central Montana. The organization employs over 90 qualified psychiatrists, therapists, nurses, substance abuse counselors, case managers, and support staff serving eleven counties covering 25,625 square miles. Bridgemont offers individual and family counseling, psychological services, and substance abuse treatment to people of all ages. The practice is committed to helping clients overcome obstacles and roadblocks that prevent them from enjoying healthy, productive lives, with the understanding that behavioral and attitudinal change occurs over time.
