Sobriety Centers of NH

Sobriety Centers of New Hampshire (SCNH) and Recovery Mountain provided treatment services to individuals and families in the community. The facilities have voluntarily decided to close as of June 21, 2026. During the transition, the organization is working to ensure continuity of care for current patients and support for staff. The facilities are no longer accepting new patients, and current patients are expected to complete treatment prior to the closure date or will be coordinated for appropriate transfers and next steps in their recovery journey.
