Sitka Counseling offers outpatient treatment services in-person and via telehealth to assist adults, children, and families with behavioral health issues and substance use disorders. Located in Sitka, Alaska, the practice provides a variety of services for those experiencing disabling or long-term mental health problems. Services include prevention, early intervention, crisis emergency services, outreach, outpatient treatment, in-home therapy, residential treatment, rehabilitative services, and referrals to community services including job training, support groups, child protection, housing, domestic violence advocacy, medical/dental care, and legal services. The practice offers comprehensive diagnostics and treatment for all family members through an individual-based approach. The office is open to the public five days a week.

Clients receiving/requesting services are issued intake paperwork, then meet with a master level clinician or substance use counselor to determine the appropriate level of individualized services. A treatment plan is developed following the assessment.
