Sieda Community Action is a community-based organization serving families in multiple Iowa counties including Wapello, Appanoose, and Mahaska. The organization provides comprehensive services across education, economic support, and health and well-being. Services include infant and toddler childcare, home energy assistance (LIHEAP), family development and self-sufficiency programs, Parents as Teachers, Head Start programs, and maternal infant early childhood home visitation programs. They also offer crisis assistance with utility bills and household supplies.
