Shenandoah Community Health (SCH) is a community health center celebrating 50 years of healthcare services in Virginia and West Virginia. The organization provides primary care for adults and children, women's health, behavioral health, and oral health care. SCH operates as a medical home offering additional services including WIC nutrition programs, HIV case management, weight and wellness programs, on-site pharmacy, lab and x-ray services, nursing outreach to migrant and seasonal farmworkers and the homeless, medication assistance, health insurance enrollment support, social work services, and family support resources. The center serves all patients regardless of insurance status or ability to pay and provides interpretation services for patients whose primary language is not English. SCH has two locations: Martinsburg, West Virginia and Winchester, Virginia.
