School of Addiction Recovery

SOAR is an addiction recovery program that has been operating since 2010. The organization offers a licensed intensive outpatient (IOP) program for adults called the Adult IOP Addiction Recovery Program, a youth recovery program for ages 14-18, and a preventative program for kids ages 10-18. The adult program runs 4 days per week for 2 hours per day, combining classroom discussions, process groups, and SOAR Lifestyle curriculum with gym-based fitness training led by certified SOAR life coaches. The youth program (ages 14-18) is designed for those with addictive and harmful behaviors, providing substance abuse education, coping mechanisms, life skills building, and academic support. The Young Buck preventative program (ages 10-18) teaches weight training and conditioning alongside preventative health principles. SOAR also offers fitness services including private coaching and group fitness. The approach emphasizes building a healthy lifestyle spiritually, mentally, physically, and emotionally within a supportive community.
