The Sauk-Suiattle Indian Tribe Substance Abuse Agency is a state licensed agency serving the Sauk-Suiattle Indian Tribe and surrounding communities in Snohomish and Skagit Counties in Washington State. The agency provides assessments and treatment for both adults and youth suffering from addiction. They work with Washington Superior and State Courts, the Department of Social and Health Services, Indian Child Welfare, Child Protective Services, and Youth Probation. Services include assessments for adults and youth including DUI and Deferred Prosecution, ASAM Level 1 outpatient treatment with weekly group and monthly individual sessions, and ASAM Level 2.1 Intensive Outpatient Treatment with three sessions weekly. For Medicaid clients without transportation, the agency provides door-to-door transport. They also offer family sessions and referrals for Suboxone support for those in treatment for opioid addiction. The agency recognizes that addiction affects whole families and provides family support.
