Carmen Sample founded Sample Therapy Services after spending 10 years working with people with developmental disabilities and mental health needs. She received her Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Denver in 2008 and completed post-graduate education and clinical training at the Denver Family Institute, becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Addictions Counselor.
