CHI St. Alexius Health is a regional healthcare system formed in April 2016 as part of CommonSpirit Health's Midwest Division. The system comprises a tertiary hospital in Bismarck and critical access hospitals in Carrington, Dickinson, Garrison, Turtle Lake, and Williston, along with numerous clinics and outpatient services across central and western North Dakota. The organization serves communities in Southwest Iowa, Nebraska, Minnesota, and North Dakota. CHI St. Alexius Health is a nonprofit, Catholic health system dedicated to advancing health for all people and nurturing the healing ministry of the Church while creating healthier communities. The system employs approximately 12,500 employees and 4,122 employed physicians and advanced practice clinicians.
