Safe Harbor of Tipton County

Safe Harbor of Tipton County is a faith-based residential treatment program that opened in September 2021 and is located on a 20-acre campus in Brighton, Tennessee. The organization operates two residential programs: Safe Harbor of Tipton County Program (housing 74 men) and Fresh Start Program (housing 18 women). Safe Harbor treats individuals overcoming substance use and co-occurring disorders, with a particular focus on supporting those re-entering society from prisons and jails.
