Resilient Youth & Community is an accredited non-profit behavioral health provider in Ketchikan, Southeast Alaska, offering residential, outpatient clinical, and therapeutic rehabilitation services for youth and families experiencing mental and behavioral challenges. The organization provides short and long-term community-based services including residential treatment, therapeutic foster care, afterschool programs, and early prevention services. Treatment plans are personalized and employ evidence-based interventions with a strengths-based approach, utilizing both pharmacological and non-pharmacological methods. RYC serves approximately 30 youth in residential programs while also providing outpatient and aftercare services to 40-50 additional youth, operating with a trauma-informed, collaborative approach that engages families and partners in treatment planning and recovery.
