Community Care Network (CCN-RMHS) is a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic offering comprehensive mental health services, substance use treatment and recovery, developmental services, and crisis support across Vermont. For adults, they provide outpatient mental health services, an eldercare program (Lincoln Place), crisis stabilization and inpatient diversion, peer support, and medication-assisted treatment.
