ROWI is a clinician-owned and family-centered treatment provider offering mental health services for children and adolescents across Southern California, with locations in Huntington Beach, Lake Elsinore, Monrovia, Upland, and El Segundo. The practice offers Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP), family therapy, and parent support in small-group settings with high staff-to-child ratios.
