What a first session looks like
Virtual & In-PersonDuring the initial appointment, clients meet with a licensed mental health professional who reviews their history, current concerns, and treatment goals. The provider develops a personalized plan using a variety of mental health services, and clients gain a clear understanding of their options and strategies for long-term mental wellness.

Group Therapy. A small facilitated circle where people working on similar struggles practice naming what is hard, hearing themselves in others, and learning skills together. The room is the medicine.
