Rock Island Cnty Council on Addictions

Rock Island County Council on Addictions (RICCA) is a non-profit organization serving the Quad Cities area, surrounding counties, and the state of Illinois since 1960. RICCA provides substance use disorder assessment and treatment for adults and adolescents in both outpatient and long-term residential programs. Additional services include anger management and domestic violence assessment and treatment in individual and group settings, DUI services, and prevention services for youth and families in Rock Island, Henry, and Mercer counties. Substance use evaluations are conducted by licensed and certified clinicians using ASAM Placement Criteria for level of care determination and appropriate treatment placement. Evaluations are offered both in-person and remotely.
