RiseWell Community Services is an innovative multi-service, community-based social wellness agency providing health and wellness services, addiction recovery services, senior and children's care, affordable housing and support. The organization has been serving communities for over 50 years and is a Certified Behavioral Health Clinic. RiseWell operates across Manhattan, Brooklyn, Bronx, Queens, Nassau County and Suffolk County. Services include mental health treatment, substance use and addiction services, residential and community housing, day-to-day support, senior services, children and young adult treatment, mobile support services, peer and outreach services, financial management and employment, care coordination, overdose prevention training, rental payment assistance, and food pantry services.
