The Marguerite Burke Ringer Mental Health Center is an outpatient-only facility in North Carolina that serves adults, adolescents, and children over five. They treat depression, anxiety, stress-related problems, family problems, attention deficit, and substance abuse. The practice is licensed by the state of NC to provide DWI assessments and meets Department of Transportation guidelines for substance abuse assessment and treatment. They were selected by the Guilford County Court System to provide The First Offenders Program. Services include individual and family counseling, outpatient detoxification, and an intensive outpatient program for substance abuse. The clinical team includes seven clinicians, three of whom are licensed substance abuse counselors with combined forty years of recovery experience. A psychiatrist and two psychiatric nurse practitioners provide medication management.

What a first session looks like
Virtual & In-PersonThe first session is an evaluation and assessment process to help develop a treatment plan. Initial appointments are scheduled within seventy-two hours (except weekends).
