Rehabilitative Health Services

Rehabilitative Health Services is a comprehensive mental health and medical practice established to provide counseling services and support to the Idaho Falls community. For over 25 years, the organization has offered professional mental health services to help clients overcome past trauma and live fulfilling lives. RHS provides a wide variety of services including family medicine, behavioral health medication management, therapy and counseling, case management, peer and family support, substance use disorder services, and adolescent partial hospitalization programs. The practice uses integrated, holistic, evidence-based approaches to treatment and serves both children and adults. Locations include Rigby and Ammon, Idaho.
