What a first session looks like
Virtual & In-PersonYou will need to schedule an intake with the office of the county you reside in. At intake, you should bring state-issued picture ID, proof of household income, social security card, insurance cards, and proof of residence. The intake fee is determined based on source of income and applicable insurance coverage and is discussed when scheduling. Payment is expected at the time of service.

Activity Therapy. Structured therapeutic activities, recreation, movement, hands-on tasks, used as a vehicle for connection and emotional regulation. Often paired with talk therapy in residential and group programs.
Cognitive behavioral therapy
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Spots the thought-feeling-action loops that fuel urges, then rewires them with practical skills you take into the moment.
Group therapy
Group Therapy. A small facilitated circle where people working on similar struggles practice naming what is hard, hearing themselves in others, and learning skills together. The room is the medicine.
