About Region Ten Community Services Board
Region Ten Community Services Board, established in 1969, is part of a statewide network of 40 Community Service Boards providing mental health, developmental disability, and substance use services in the local community. The organization serves the Charlottesville, Albemarle, Fluvanna, Greene, Louisa, and Nelson areas. In fiscal year 2025, Region Ten served over 5,200 adults and 3,324 children. The organization offers a range of services including crisis services, children and family services, developmental disability services, mental health services, substance use services, and prevention programs. Region Ten also provides community training such as opioid overdose reversal training (REVIVE!) and trauma-informed care courses through the Community Resilience Initiative.
