RECOVERY Health Solutions is a sister company to Hennepin Home Health Care that provides co-occurring services for individuals above the age of 18 encountering challenges related to Substance Use Disorder (SUD) and Mental Illness (MI). The organization provides services in a nontraditional way, in the community and one-on-one, to help individuals find the path to recovery. Recovery Coaches employ a person-centered approach, working closely with individuals in their homes and communities to provide support through coping strategies, goal achievement, and peer understanding. The organization is committed to holistic care, addressing both SUD and MI concurrently. Located in Brooklyn Park, MN, RECOVERY Health Solutions operates under the 245G and 245I license held by Hennepin Home Health Care.
