ReConnections was established in Newport, Oregon in 1997 and provides comprehensive outpatient and intensive outpatient treatment services for adults and youth with substance use disorder. The organization practices trauma-informed care in a safe, non-judgmental environment emphasizing dignity, empathy, and respect. ReConnections treats the whole person, addressing not only substance disorder-related issues but also social determinants of health. Services include JustCare, a family-focused community-based outpatient program; Nurture Oregon, which provides integrated prenatal to postpartum care for pregnant people who use substances; and PRIME+, a peer support program using harm reduction approaches. Nate's Place offers transitional housing for long-term recovery. ReConnections operates across multiple locations in Oregon including Newport, Florence, Lincoln City, Toledo, and Dallas, with community hubs such as Monarch on 4th in downtown Corvallis.
