REACH Program LLC

REACH Program LLC is a privately owned and licensed outpatient substance abuse and mental health treatment center with locations in Nelson County (established 2013) and Bullitt County (established 2016). The practice treats adults, adolescents, and families, focusing on substance abuse disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. REACH employs a holistic approach to recovery and supports a variety of pathways to solution. The program is involved in creative and innovative services targeting high-risk behaviors, identifying their causes and effects, and developing solutions to improve quality of life for individuals, families, and communities.
