RADIAS Health is a non-profit behavioral health organization founded in 1986 as South Metro Human Services. Based in the Twin Cities with services across several Minnesota counties, RADIAS Health is one of the largest community mental health and housing support non-profit organizations in Minnesota. The organization employs over 430 health care and support staff from psychiatry, psychology, social work, nursing, vocational rehabilitation, alcohol and drug counseling, and peer recovery specialists. RADIAS Health provides integrated community-based services for individuals with mental illness and/or substance use disorders, with a focus on housing stability through a Housing First Model, trauma-informed care, harm reduction practices, and culturally congruent services. The organization is committed to being inclusive and anti-racist, reducing barriers to care for people with limited incomes, and providing linguistically accessible services through translation and interpreter services.
