Radiant Health Adams Street

Radiant Health is a community mental health center (CMHC) in Indiana serving Grant and Blackford counties. Formed in April 2022 from the merger of Grant Blackford Mental Health (founded 1940) and Family Service Society, Inc (founded 1919), Radiant Health offers evidence-based care for a wide range of mental health challenges. The organization is dedicated to building a healthier future in the region by providing accessible mental health care and helping individuals achieve lives that are rich and vibrant.
