Psychiatric Center

TPC is a psychiatric care practice located in Macon led by Dr. Sarah Graff, MD, Medical Director and Psychiatrist. The practice provides psychiatric and therapeutic services through a team of psychiatrists, residents, therapists, and care staff. Dr. Graff emphasizes a holistic, person-first approach to treatment and has shaped the practice's trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming model. The practice also offers care from third-year psychiatric residents from Piedmont under Dr. Graff's direct supervision. Additional clinical services are provided by Kathryn McGehee, LMFT, a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist who specializes in relationships and communication. The team is committed to treating patients as whole individuals and helping them regain balance, build resilience, and move toward lasting mental well-being.
