Proviso Public Partnership

The Proviso Public Partnership is a behavioral health organization serving individuals within Proviso Township and surrounding West Suburban Cook County, including communities such as Bellwood, Berkeley, Broadview, Brookfield, Forest Park, Hillside, La Grange Park, Maywood, Melrose Park, Northlake, North Riverside, Stone Park, Westchester, and Western Springs. The organization provides mental health services, service coordination, and community involvement. They offer mental health assessment, case management, therapy and counseling, telehealth, and crisis intervention. The initial evaluation process begins with a face-to-face appointment with a mental health professional who evaluates the impact of mental health issues on the client's life and creates a comprehensive, individually tailored treatment plan designed to meet each client's needs.
