Project Turnabout is a recovery treatment provider offering a step-down philosophy that provides appropriate levels of support at each stage of recovery. The organization serves individuals with alcohol and drug use disorders, as well as problem gambling through its specialized Vanguard Gambling Treatment program. Project Turnabout offers medical detox with supervised care for alcohol and drug withdrawal, residential recovery in a structured supportive environment, transitional living homes for men and women to build independence, and outpatient care with phased support. The program supports families in guiding conversations and intervention, and collaborates with referring professionals to ensure continuity of care. All clients begin with a confidential assessment to plan their individualized recovery pathway.
