PCS is a community mental health center providing outpatient services across Tennessee with multiple clinic locations in Covington, Brownsville, Dyersburg, Somerville, Millington, and Ripley. They offer individual and family therapy, alcohol and drug evaluations, medication management, crisis intervention, psychological evaluations, child psychiatry services, peer support, and telehealth services. The center provides addiction treatment including medication-assisted treatment for opioid addiction and operates a supportive residential housing program for women. They offer same-day access, maintain a pharmacy on-site, and provide services on a sliding fee scale. The organization has held CARF accreditation continuously since 2018 and operates various specialized programs serving both children and adults with mental health and substance use needs.
