Pride Manchester House

Pride, Inc. (formerly Pride Industries) is a community-based organization founded in 1976 to serve people with developmental disabilities in the Bismarck-Mandan area of North Dakota. The organization operates workshop programs, group homes, and supported employment services to help individuals with disabilities achieve employment and independent living in the community. Pride provides vocational training, skills development, and residential support through programs including group homes, adult foster care, adult family care, and individualized supported living arrangements. The organization also facilitates competitive employment through its Supported Employment program, which has helped people transition from workshop settings to community employment.
