Defying the Odds Inc is a community-based agency established in 2005 that specializes in providing evaluations, counseling, and treatment to individuals involved in the legal system and regulatory violations. The practice offers three primary programs: Anger Management to help individuals identify triggers and control responses; Alcohol and Drug services used by employers, courts, probation, and the Department of Transportation to assess substance-related issues; and a 24-week Family Violence Intervention Program designed to help perpetrators take responsibility and accountability for their behavior while addressing violence in families and relationships through a holistic approach.
