Pecan Haven is an addiction treatment center located in Monroe, Louisiana, dedicated to helping individuals and families recover from substance use disorders. The facility is situated on a secluded 35-acre pecan grove in northeast Louisiana and features an 82-bed residential campus with multiple cabins, a multipurpose center with cafeteria, fitness center, and therapy rooms, plus recreational amenities including tennis, basketball, and beach volleyball courts. The center serves adult men and women age 21 and older and offers a range of levels of care including medically-managed residential detox, residential treatment programs (30-, 60-, or 90-day options), and an Intensive Outpatient Program that provides transportation and meals. The clinical team includes qualified counselors, Licensed Practical Nurses, Registered Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, mental health technicians, and an ABAM-certified Addictionologist who work collaboratively to create individualized treatment plans.
