Pauquette Center is a comprehensive mental health and addiction counseling practice with eight locations across South Central Wisconsin (Portage, Baraboo, Columbus, Prairie du Sac, Reedsburg, Richland Center, Madison, Whitewater, and Fort Atkinson). Founded in 1965, the organization has grown to serve the communities of Columbia, Marquette, Adams, and Jefferson Counties with over 25 providers offering psychiatry, counseling, and specialized treatments including a comprehensive DBT program. The practice is committed to providing accessible, affirming, and culturally responsive care to individuals from all backgrounds, identities, and life experiences. Pauquette recognizes the unique challenges that diverse communities may face and strives to create a therapeutic environment where all clients feel seen, heard, and valued. The organization is currently led by Dr. Lesley B. Chapin, Psy.D., DBT-LBC, who brings expertise in evidence-based treatments particularly for PTSD and Borderline Personality Disorder.
