Pathways to Life offers comprehensive mental health and substance abuse services using a "whole-person" approach. Services include outpatient care for individuals and families, intensive crisis-based services, and community-based mental health and substance use interventions. The Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACTT) serves individuals from late teens to elderly with severe and persistent mental illness, providing 24/7 team-based support in home, school, and work settings to help clients remain in the community and avoid hospitalization. Additional services include primary care, one-on-one and group therapy sessions, medication management with physician/prescriber evaluation, youth-specific treatment programs, and laboratory testing for medication monitoring. The organization offers both in-person and virtual telehealth services.
