Park Center Co Occurring Services

Park Center is a Nashville-based community organization serving individuals facing mental health and substance use issues. Founded in 1984, it offers a range of services including psychosocial rehabilitation day programs, housing services, supported employment, homeless outreach, peer wellness, substance use recovery, and support for emerging adults. The organization is the largest provider of housing for individuals with mental illness in the Middle Tennessee area, with more than 25 properties. Park Center's approach is holistic and personalized, designed to help individuals reclaim hope, live, and work independently in their communities.
