Palouse River Counseling

Palouse River Counseling has provided behavioral health services for the Palouse area for over 50 years. The practice treats patients with depression, anxiety, alcoholism, and drug dependence, and creates targeted treatment plans for patients with developmental disabilities, childhood and family problems, and geriatrics. The staff consists of psychologists, counselors, social workers, psychiatrists, and a nurse who offer a holistic approach to healing through individual therapy, group sessions, and medication management. All clinical staff are registered, licensed, or certified by the State of Washington. The practice operates on a sliding fee scale and will not deny services based on inability to pay. Services are available through in-person appointments, telehealth, and telephone.
