Options for Southern Oregon – Choices Counseling Center

Options for Southern Oregon is a nonprofit organization established in 1981 that provides mental health and addiction treatment programs to Josephine and Jackson Counties, also serving as Josephine County's Community Mental Health Program. The organization serves people of all ages and takes a holistic approach addressing housing, advocacy, community integration, crisis intervention, therapy, co-occurring issues, education, work, and economic well-being. Services include adult therapy, case management, peer support, skills training, assertive community treatment, mental health court, supported employment, crisis resolution, problem gambling treatment, and illness management and recovery. Child and family services include therapy, skills training, wraparound services, and the Early Assessment and Support Alliance program. The organization also offers housing options including independent housing and transitional supported housing. Options is an equal opportunity provider with a sliding fee schedule for those unable to pay and specifically serves veterans.
