Opportunity Development Centers (ODC) is an organization that empowers people with disabilities to achieve their work and life goals. The organization offers customized services for individuals with disabilities from early years through adulthood, including mental health services, employment services, life enrichment programs, peer mentoring, and corporate guardianship. ODC operates social enterprises that provide training and employment opportunities for people with disabilities, including Milkweed Market and Ink Splash.
