Continuum Behavioral Health & Recovery Services, formerly known as OnTrack Rogue Valley, provides a comprehensive continuum of evidence-based, trauma-informed behavioral health treatment and recovery services to individuals and families in Jackson and Josephine Counties, Southern Oregon. The organization offers a full spectrum of care including behavioral health treatment, recovery housing, family-centered programs, and recovery supports. Their approach is person-centered, meeting clients where they are and supporting them through each level of care for as long as needed.
