One Health

One Health is a multi-site community health center organization operating across central and eastern Montana and northern Wyoming. The organization provides integrated medical, dental, behavioral health, substance use treatment, and pharmacy services through numerous clinics in locations including Bozeman, Miles City, Lewistown, Hardin, Powell, Sheridan, and others. Founded formally in 2020 through the consolidation of independent health centers from various communities, One Health is guided by local boards of directors and serves over 25,000 patients. Their model of Whole Community Care recognizes that healing must occur within individuals and broader communities. One Health operates as a Health Center Program grantee and emphasizes accessible, high-quality healthcare rooted in compassion, integrity, and accountability.
