'Ohana Makamae is a treatment provider located in Hana, on the eastern side of Maui, Hawaii. The organization's mission is to strengthen the families of East Maui through Hawaiian culture and spiritual values. They offer substance abuse treatment for both adults and youth, including assessments, individual and group therapy, motivational interviewing, intensive outpatient and outpatient programs, and aftercare services. The organization provides dual diagnosis counseling for clients with co-occurring substance use and mental health diagnoses. They operate Hale Kū'oko'a, a sober living house for males age 18 or older. Additional services include mental health counseling, crisis intervention, trauma therapy, domestic violence intervention services, family programs, and case management and referral services. They serve both adult and youth populations in the East Maui community.
